How you can contribute:
- Partner with customers to ensure they get the most out of our software, helping them streamline workflows and achieve their goals.
- Provide clear, practical advice on software usage, empowering customers to work efficiently and confidently.
- Assist clients with implementing and configuring our software, ensuring smooth, hassle-free onboarding.
- Quickly analyze reported issues, propose effective solutions or workarounds, and maintain seamless operations.
- Represent the customer’s perspective internally, making sure their needs are understood and acted upon promptly.
- Relay customer requirements and insights to the development team, actively supporting ongoing product improvements.
- Conduct engaging software demos and hands-on sessions while capturing key customer needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to spot opportunities with existing and new clients, contributing directly to business growth.
Your profile:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in pre-sales, technical support, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Strong team player, comfortable collaborating in dynamic, international environments.
- Knowledge of CAD software and engineering/product design processes is a plus.
- Experience across industries such as transportation, aerospace, or manufacturing is desirable.
- Basic understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems is advantageous.
- As the focus is on working with customers in the United States, a willingness to work flexible hours is required to enable timely coordination. For example, working hours may cover the late afternoon and early evening hours if necessary.
